Campaign Manager


SnapShot is a Berlin-based hotel data company. Our flagship product, SnapShot Analytics, is a new kind of analytics made specifically for the hospitality industry, aggregating hotel data from various sources and displaying it all on one beautifully-designed, easy to use dashboard. Based in our Berlin Office, you will develop and drive the Company’s growth strategies and initiatives with a focus on lead generation through effective online advertising and communication. The right person needs to be passionate about analytics, data and possess an unwavering commitment to the pursuit of growth mixed with a dose of creativity.



  • Build, test, evaluate, implement, execute, measure and optimize growth initiatives
  • Manage and automate email campaigns, including template development, CTAs, email candence and measurement, using Marketing Automation tools such as Hubspot as well as CRM software such as SalesForce
  • Identify segments based on user behavior and implement strategies to effectively communicate with each segment through personalized marketing
  • Work with our Sales & Operations teams to optimize our marketing funnel
  • Generate marketing materials for new and existing customers and partnership opportunities
  • Build and execute on experimental lead generation with new customer segments
  • Be a team player in a small, flat-structured, highly collaborative environment
  • Assume self-autonomy to execute smart growth initiative, communicating analysis and performance to the Chief Marketing Officer



  • 3 years relevant experience
  • Be obsessed with winning and enjoy the quantitative, results-oriented nature of online marketing
  • Have a hacker and hustler mentality capable of solving problems in original ways
  • Have a track record of user acquisition, retention and monetization
  • Have extensive experience with landing page optimization/HTML
  • Have extensive experience with content marketing
  • Have experience with CPC optimization
  • Have some experience with sales (direct or inside)
  • Have experience using CRMs and marketing automation tools
  • A real passion for hospitality, travel and technology
  • Native or near-native English skills, other European languages a plus
  • Must be an EU member citizen or have eligibility to work in the EU
