SnapShot is a Berlin-based hotel data company. Our flagship product, SnapShot Analytics, is a new kind of analytics made specifically for the hospitality industry, aggregating hotel data from various sources and displaying it all on one beautifully-designed, easy to use dashboard. We’re growing at an exciting pace and are looking for motivated and skilled people to join our team.

For growing development center in Poland we are looking for an experienced Java Team Lead.


• 5+ years of enterprise development experience
• Experience working in an Agile development environment as a Team Lead (Technical Manager) supervising cross-functional teams (developers and QAs)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to plan, organize, lead and control the work of the team. Ability to report the status of work to the senior management and executing the management decisions in the team
• Ability to translate the business requirements (prepared in the cooperation with the Product managers) into architectural solutions to be later planned as tasks for the team
• Ability to understand the interactions between different systems in the product line
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English


• Strong knowledge of Java programming and Gradle/Maven
• Strong knowledge of Tomcat application server
• Good knowledge of Spring and Apache Camel frameworks
• Good knowledge of RESTful web services, JAX RS
• Good understanding of NoSQL databases (MongoDB experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming
• Good knowledge of design and architectural patterns
• Understanding of Object-Relational mapping and n-tier development
• Good understanding of relational DBs and code interaction with databases
• Good knowledge of unit testing frameworks and mocking frameworks
• Experience with distributed code versioning systems (like Git)
• Experience with MS Azure is a plus
• Experience with Micro services architecture is a plus
