Job Title: Technical Project Manager
Location: Berlin, Germany

SnapShot is a Berlin-based hotel data company. Our flagship product, SnapShot Analytics, is a new kind of analytics made specifically for the hospitality industry, aggregating hotel data from various sources and displaying it all on one beautifully-designed, easy to use dashboard. We’re growing at an exciting pace and are looking for motivated and skilled people to join our team.


Manage complex projects on various levels, internal and customer/partner facing
Guide the team through the planning and scoping process, development, testing and implementation stages and review the completed work effectively
Identify resource and equipment requirements, project dependencies, tasks and workload and delivery time frames.
Ensure standard operating procedures and project guidelines are in place and followed
Project scheduling and resource management, efficient capacity planning
Planning, budgeting and reporting on projects
Make presentations on project status and provide recommendations as appropriate
Provide an efficient working atmosphere to project teams and ensure objectives are met within stipulated time
Support internal project documentation and external customer communication
Assist Product Manager Integrations on validation of development efforts by third parties and provide feedback, internal and external


Experience in project management, global project experience is a plus.
Proficient in handling the most complex of technical development concepts, latest software tools and technologies, strong database concepts and designing techniques
Good IT technical skills and experience, ideally hospitality or travel industry related
Possesses good knowledge of different software systems, client/server architectures and various compatibility requirements
Understands different programming languages and ability to solve problems in analyzing, testing and deployment
Experience in troubleshooting, software development processes and ability to understand and implement client requirements
Ability to communicate effectively with teams and clients
Ability to manage change and effectively pass on information down the line to concerned teams for smoother execution
Ability to make quick decisions and solve technical problems to provide an efficient environment for project implementation
Delegate and allocate responsibilities efficiently to manage projects end to end
